Bookpetal was born from a simple frustration: scheduling meetings shouldn't require 7 emails and a spreadsheet.
In 2020, our founders were running a consulting firm and spending hours every week just coordinating meeting times. The back-and-forth emails, the timezone confusion, the double-bookings — it was maddening.
Existing scheduling tools were either too basic (just a calendar link) or too complex (enterprise software that needed a dedicated admin). We wanted something in between: powerful enough for teams, simple enough for anyone.
Today, Bookpetal serves over 50,000 professionals in 120 countries. From solo consultants to enterprise sales teams, we help people spend less time scheduling and more time doing meaningful work.
We're a bootstrapped, profitable company with a team of 28 people across 9 countries. We don't have investors pushing us to grow at all costs — we grow by making our customers happy.
Every feature we build should save time, not create busywork. If it adds complexity without clear value, we don't ship it.
Scheduling is universal. Our tool should work for a freelance designer in Tokyo and a sales team in New York equally well.
We see your calendar data. We take that responsibility seriously. We never sell data, never show ads, and encrypt everything.
Scheduling software shouldn't need a training course. If a feature isn't intuitive on first use, we redesign it until it is.
