Bookpetal provides an online scheduling platform that allows users to share availability, accept bookings, and manage appointments. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with varying features.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including sending spam through booking pages, attempting to circumvent rate limits, or using the service to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Bookpetal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bookpetal Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Bookpetal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
